- Rok Brown, The Man, The Myth, The Legend
The earliest memories he has are of being raised in an orphanage, one of those nice touchy feely orphanages where you are beaten with more regularity than you are fed. At the ripe old age of 10 he decided that it was time to go out into the world and make his fortune. Mr. Brown soon found a group of like-minded individuals that he managed to beat into a fairly respectable gang. Unfortunately, the law did not take kindly to gangs running around robbing the rich lords and ladies of Frankfurt, so he and his men were caught and given the choice of prison or serving in the Navy on an air ship.
Rok Brown served in the Navy for many years, learning as much as he could about airships and the Navy in general. He did so well that he was eventually promoted to the rank of Sub-lieutenant. He held this rank for a total of 1 week, before he went on an indefinite paid leave (and by that I mean he stole the payroll for the ship and left on a holiday with no visible end). He wandered about for several more years, taking odd jobs on various airships and working as a mercenary. Eventually he met up with a Lady Elleinad Sreym, at a quaint little bar, the Snuggly Duckling. It seemed Lady Sreym had recently acquired the airship Caspartine from a certain Captain Shakespeare and was looking for a first mate and crew. She had supposedly acquired it after Captain Shakespeare decided to pursue his dream of being in the theater. Mr. Brown signed on as her first mate and has not looked back.
During one of the air ship’s many runs to redistribute the wealth of others to those more deserving, Rok Brown’s left arm was forcibly and unexpectedly removed. In order to save the life of her first mate, and avoid all the trouble of breaking in a new one, the Captain had a clockwork arm grafted to his shoulder. Due to a lack of a trained personal onboard and the fact that time was running out, the arm was not grafted 100% correctly and as a result cannot be safely removed. Over the years the clockwork arm has been repaired numerous times “on the fly” due to the Captain’s inability to seem to be able to dock for any length of time. Because of this it is, to be blunt, a mess, yet it still manages to somehow continue to function. Rok’s first loyalty is to Captain Syerm and as many have learned you cross the Captain at your own peril.
Description of Rok Brown:
Rok Brown stands 5 feet 7 inches tall. He weighs 200 lbs., all of it muscle and mean. His left arm is now clock work that has seen better days. There are several gashes and holes in it that have been hastily repaired. His has brown hair and a red beard that has streaks of gray in it. He is 41 years old, has traveled to many lands and seen many things

Capt. Samuel Blackwell said… I got the gun at a store called 5 below. I'm not sure if there are any outside of Ohio but it's basically a dollar store on steroids! Nothing is over $5!

Negra Cardio said… I have asked you more than once what your intentions are regarding the Caspartine and you refuse to reply. As the administrator of the Winds of Gramede, I need to know whether to consider this your way of leaving, of if you intend to use the Caspartine as a tool for the plot.
I cannot allow you to simply take off with a ship and exclude yourself from the rest of the crew to have tea on your own ship. if you want to do that, then you are free to sign off from my role play and make your own.
If however, you have desire to lead the Caspartine to Okkido and continue the plot with it, then that can be easily arranged, but I need a reply. if I don't get one, then I will be forced to exclude you from the remainder of this story.
