- Hearty greetings and warm felicitations to one and all!
I am known to most as the Right Reverend Jasper Gladstone Hammer, Archimandrite.
I have been into steampun all my live and just didnt know that out loud. Having been the 'odd kid' in the family, I had added every kind of doodad and geegaw that you could imagine not only to my clothes but my car and my room and sometimes I just put stuff together just because I could. Once, I made something that my neighbor, a police officer, politely asked me if it was dangerous. I had a fog machine inside it that appearred to make smoke and a counter weight vibrator inside. It also had a small fish aquarium pump that circulated a vile looking orange fluid tthrough tubes.
I grinned at him and said:
" I dunno, after I get over behind the wall, hit that red button!"
He did not share my sense of humor let us say...
When I found out about SP, it was a natural fit and I have been here ever since!
I am a tinkerer, cobbler, mechanic, Majician, clothing maker, history buff, and daydreamer.

A curious day

My Dear Friends and Fellow Citizens of the Empire,
I have to relate a unique and somewhat unsettling result with my parambulation in public this weekend. I was sporting about a local artsy venue in American Steampunk style when a precious little girl simply froze in place in front of me.
