- Well howdy to all ladies and gents. I have recently moved from the wonderful land called to Texas to this beautiful Virginia place. While I am new to this "Steampunk Empire", I have heard that y'all are a friendly bunch who don't turn away a kindred soul. I do believe that steampunk is more that a fashion or pop culture fad, that it is a mindset, and that we are the doers and dreamers of our age.
