Mr. Moore,

My name is Leslie Orton, I am the founder/editor of the online Steampunk newspaper The Aether Chronicle. I'm curious: is your book Royal America a Steampunk themed story?

Thanks,

Leslie Orton

Thank you so much for the advice. As I'm writing this story about Mr. Wells, I may take a more autobiographical approach, unsure, however, he is a reluctant traveler. One whom can neither understand what is happening to him but a series of fragmented memories. He's both innocent and obliging, a protectorate and sometimes temperamental.

His folly teaches people lessons as he does have a moral code. As he meets people, he takes them in account, archiving their face, memories and sometimes gleans from their mannerisms. He can be charming in a most comical way, but not intending to be funny. A clumsy fellow, not the best dancer, as he will be taught later on. And may have an invitation to the Queen.

There is so much to consider. I hope I can pull this off... Thank you again. Regards.

Oh, yes and thank you greatly for the advice on publishing. This will help a lot and keep me encouraged as to my aim. It may bomb in the long run. But I tried... and that's all I can do. I will also illustrate some of the book for additional appeal and understanding. These things seem to go hand and hand with me, so it makes perfect sense. Regards, the Rocketeer, Cyborg thingy person.

I could really go into detail of mechanical contraptions as to category and any sort of construct (that was the other word I was fishing for) concerning mecha. Replicants, however, a bio-engineered human, that is, made for specific jobs. The genome is a touchy subject and I usually keep, the clones and Replicants in a separate category, so as to make a distinction, between anything that has an artificial (synthetic) part in place of a carbon based one produced from a host cell and original DNA helix.

I have redirected the Jedediah Wells story to http://www.thesteampunkempire.com/group/sailors-of-the-aether-where-legends-are-made/forum/topics/in-search-for-jedediah-wells?xg_source=activity

Here is where the search will play out. Hope you enjoy and feel free to pop in anytime.

My dear fellow, you may be as flagrant as you like with regard to advertising your masterpiece, never hide your light under a bushel or any other small shubbery for that matter.

You mentioned Norwood, would that by chance be near the cemetery of the same name ?
