My dear friend,

Thank you for your kind comment, I am honoured that you approve. Your request for friendship has been accepted with great enthusiasm.  If you ever find yourself in the old Cog, I would be honoured if you let me buy a wee dram of the amber nectar.

Happily your friend

Douglas.

To the honourable,  Sgt Ian MacBruiche.

Sir,

I will apologise for my rambling contributions to your story. I had, in fact, read your rules before hand. Unfortunately I was caught up in the moment.

I am not a huge fan of the single paragraph contribution, In the past I have witnessed such RP's stumble around the plot without ever actually getting to the point. You, however, seem to have a good handle on the situation so that is not a criticism directed to you.

I have removed my posts in the hope it streamlines your narrative.

I look forward to seeing where this story leads.

Yours in sincerity

Dr Douglas Hemmingway Trebuchet.

Thanks again for sending "Ronin's RP rules" over.

It was something I have recommended others look at but became unavailable after the DWM switched its site format. I think this is a valuable resource for anyone deciding to do online RPs and now it is much more available.

Found an animation from Canada in french with english subs. The subject matter is a bit grim, ie, assisted suicides, animated nudity, black humor, but it draws you in. Cute...grim and gothy, but cute. Sort of an Edvard Gorey look. Enjoy.

Bonjour ! Sgt. Ian MacBruiche...

I watched the trailer...I agree you with it seems like a "cute," "dark," Edvard Gorey-esque or Tim Burton-esque   type animation. I most definitely, will follow your link [If possible] to watch the film in its entirety.

merci, for sharing!...As always!

I thought you'd enjoy this little bit, then mourn the lack of financial wherewithal to go, then hate me most venomously for posting it in the first place. I sooooo want...

Bonjour ! Sgt. Ian MacBruiche...

Ha!ha!

Oh! no, the only thing I "hate" is that I'm afraid Of flying, [in order to get over there at the speed Of light in order to check the 100 year old French house out in person...] and the fact, that [the video] is not available over there on you-tube.

[postscript: Because I would <3 to share the video... too! ]

Now, with that being said, merci, for sharing the link and after the viewing the video the info [rmation] about Messrs. Louis Mantin who bequeathed his opulent home to the town of Moulins  is...priceless!
