- I am The Lady Mari, a Steampunk/Victorian Speaker, Acclaimed Trapeze Artist, choreographer and Collector of Exotica.
My Steampunk personality is a cross-polination of Mae West, Eartha Kitt and Tina Turner (Michelle Pfeiffer is my alltime FAVORITE catwoman). I consider myself a "Hollywood Victorian" and my Steampunk attire reflects my love of Victoriana with color, sparkle and flash. I am a woman of adventure who loves to travel (but rarely without my full wardrobe, stocked pantry and my "cabana boy").

It's a series I'm working on that involves the conflict for fuel dominance in the early 20th century, specifically hemp vs. Oil. It's an alternative history. I'm hoping to get the first book out this July, so we'll see where it goes.
