- born in east Prussia, Wilhelm enlisted in the Prussian millitary becoming a master of espionage and inception. during the great comet war between Prussia and it's enimies, he had completed all assignments with total sucess, but his government became too paranoid with it's own power, and sent a dispatch team to dispose of Agent Ferdinand. wilhelm foresaw this event, and ran away from his fatherland, but not before stealing a valuable Item of interest from his once powerful country...
