Phineas Wotan Sprockett, O.C.C. said… Rev. Ratspeed,
Query: I am in search for ideas for crafting detachable collars. I am new to Steampunk so everything is new. There are several sites I have visited online that describe vintage collars, provide vintage patterns and offer reproductions for sale. Before purchasing these reproductions, I desire the sense of accomplishment of crafting my own. I have placed a query with the Stitching Associaton but as yet have not discovered a method of crafting detachable collars. Any help you might provide me would be appreciated.
With Sincere Wishes for a Pleasant Day,
Phineas W. Sprockett
P.S. Thank you for recommending in one of your posts, the most excellent work The Affected Provincial's Companion, Vol 1, by Lord Breaulove Swells Wimsy. I am currently reading it with great pleasure. PWS
