Bonjour! Mlle. Suzette Cherie...

Whatever, you do please don't worry!... I don't think that you stole my painting "The Moan No#3 Signed by Wally H."

I will explain later why I don't think that you have anything to do with the missing painting. Most importantly, I would never have a water, jello, or cat-fight with you, or anyone else for that matter...being French-Canadian, we are considered the most diplomatic people in the world. LOL...

[Translation please: We [try] to solve are problems in a very diplomatic way...Never ever in a  violent manner...[or resorting to violent behavior...Believe me I will not even have to harm one hair on precious Wally H's head to get my hands on "The Moan No#3 Signed by Wally H..." LOL ]

Merci, deedeegt :-D

[By the way, after reading Wally H's comment I decided to do a little bit more research on the Thomas Beale cipher and look what I discovered...

Alleged Edgar Allan Poe authorship?!...

Edgar Allan Poe has sometimes been suggested to be the real author of the pamphlet. He had an interest in cryptography and used it as a plot device in several of his works, most notably his short story "The Gold-Bug." He is also known to have lived nearby at the time of Beale's encounters with Morriss; in the 1820s he was a student at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.[13]

However, Poe died in 1849, long before the pamphlets were published. The references in the narrative to the Civil War, which occurred in the 1860s, also cast doubt on the Poe claims. Writer William Poundstone's stylometric analysis in his book Biggest Secrets found that Poe's prose is significantly different from the pamphleteer's.[14]

Therefore, later today I will do even more research on this TBC as I try to uncover the 16 clues to my missing painting "The Moan No# 3 Signed by Wally H... Oops! I meant to type the Thomas Beale cipher...LOL... Now, I must take flight before daylight!]
