I figured as much. Thank you Prof, I thought maybe there might be some knowledge out there that I hadn't already discovered.

I don't have the penny purse either for ebay, but I get by at Lowe's lol.

Thanks again.

A rare and wonderful treasure indeed, I am very much in the mind of making my own items to look like brass nuts and screws. This might not be in line with your project but personally I prefer the look over the actual. Given they are something of a find and a tad costly (as a lot of folks on ebay are happy to mark up the price knowing steampunks will want it.) for me, some spray paint and then a little detailing to make them look weathered is best. but by all means keep up the search.

Ladies and Gents, what's the best site could I get brass nuts and screws from? I know I could google this question but I'd rather ask people whom may have better answers. I am currently stock piling for the next surge of project mode inspirations.
